About the event

We will meet at Loughton Station at 11am and will depart at 11.15 am sharp! 

From there we will walk approximately 15 minutes to a wonderful, nature area where we will offer mindfulness, laughter and breathing exercises at various intervals along the route.  (All exercises are optional). 

We will also have a stop at a beautiful spot with fallen tree trunks (or you are welcome to bring a towel, mat or some thing else) to sit on, where we can eat our lunch and enjoy friendly conversation, before we head back.  

We recommend you wear sturdy shoes and long trousers, dress according to the weather forecast, bring water to drink and a packed lunch or some snacks. 

Event duration can vary depending on the group, however you can expect to be back at Loughton Station before 2pm.  

We will adjust activities according to conditions, and don’t worry we won’t ask you to sit cross legged ….. well unless you want to of course!   

If you will be driving please ask for details of available parking in the area etc. 

Who are we? 

We are Nadine and Caitriona, both fully qualified and accredited Life Coaches with NLP and Hypnotherapy. 

Nadine is also a Qualified Laughter Yoga Facilitator and Holistic Therapist. 

Caitriona is also a Qualified Mindfulness Teacher.
