About the event
Join us for a fun half hour in the middle of your week to recharge your happiness batteries!
Therapies will include a selection from Laughter Yoga, EFT tapping, Mindfulness exercises, Meditations and Visualisations which have been very popular, to date, on our Woodland and Riverside Wellbeing Walks.
We now bring you these therapies in the comfort of your own home or office, via Zoom.
Session starts at 12.30pm sharp when we will briefly introduce ourselves and complete a short exercise to let go of any tension. Group size will be limited to allow everyone to interact and we can provide more sessions on convenient days and times – your feedback on this is very welcome. .
Who are we?
We are Nadine and Caitriona, both fully qualified and accredited Life Coaches with NLP and Hypnotherapy.
Nadine is also a Qualified Laughter Yoga Facilitator and Holistic Therapist and Caitriona is also a Qualified Mindfulness Teacher.
