About the event
Riverside Wellbeing Walk with @NadhowtoSMYL & @BeHappiest Saturday 26th September 2020 11am - City Hall. (Nearest Station London Bridge) £5 per person payable on arrival - please have the correct cash if you can.

Due to current restrictions there are only a handful of spaces for this special event so make sure you book your spot before they're gone!
We will meet on the grass opposite Caffe Kimbo next to City Hall at 11 am and spend a few minutes introducing ourselves and making each others acquaintance. We will then start with some mental well-being exercises before setting off on our walk, where we will offer mindfulness, laughter and breathing exercises at various intervals along the route. Exercises are optional. We will make our way over London Bridge and back along the river to St Katherine's Dock, where we will stop for a quick coffee and debrief before heading back over Tower Bridge where there will be the option to stop for some lunch and conversation with new found friends.
We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes, dress according to the weather forecast and bring water to drink. We will adjust activities according to conditions, and don’t worry we won’t ask you to sit cross legged ….. well unless you want to of course!

The walk will be at an easy, relaxed pace and suitable for most fitness levels although there are steps up to London Bridge and back down the other side.
