About the event

Riverside Wellbeing Walk with @NadhowtoSMYL & @BeHappiest Friday 2nd April 2021 12pm - Meet outside Riverside Bookshop @ Hay's Galleria - Tooley Street, London SE1 2QN.  

(Nearest Station London Bridge exit Tooley Street, look right and it's on opposite side of the road) £10 per person payable here or correct cash on arrival.

We will meet outside The Riverside Bookshop at 12pm setting off at 12.15pm (sharp). We will then take a short stroll to our first stop to make each others acquaintance properly and let go of any tension, before setting off on our walk. 

This will be a relaxed pace stroll along the River Thames, taking in iconic landmarks with pauses for therapeutic activities including urban mindfulness and laughter therapy with possibly some EFT Tapping and breathing exercises at various intervals along the route. We will adjust activities according to conditions. (All exercises are optional for participants).

There will be a picnic at the end of the walk for those who would like to stay and chat to new found friends. 

You may like to bring a light meal for this or purchase something in a shop along the way.

We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes, dress according to the weather forecast and bring water to drink.

As numbers are limited for your safety and so we know who to expect please ensure you confirm attendance in advance.

Who are we? We are Nadine and Caitriona, both fully qualified and accredited Life Coaches with NLP and Hypnotherapy. Nadine is also a Qualified Laughter Yoga Facilitator and Holistic Therapist and Caitriona is also a Qualified Mindfulness Teacher.

Please note you are responsible for your own safety and social distancing. On arrival you may be asked to register your name and telephone number for Covid Traceability. We will keep contact details for 21 days for this purpose and ask you to notify us if you become ill. The walk will be at an easy, relaxed pace and suitable for most fitness levels although there are steps up to London Bridge and back down the other side. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
