About the event

Riverside Wellbeing Walk with @NadhowtoSMYL & @BeHappiest  Saturday 17th October 2020 10.45am - Meet outside Riverside Bookshop @ Hay's Galleria - Tooley Street, London SE1 2QN.  

(Nearest Station London Bridge) £5 per person payable on arrival - please have the correct cash if you can.

Due to current restrictions there are limited spaces for this special event so make sure you book your spot before they're gone!  

We will meet outside The Riverside Bookshop at 10.45am. We will wait there until 11am (sharp) then take a short stroll to our first stop to introduce ourselves properly, make each others acquaintance and complete some simple steps to let go of any tension, before setting off on our walk, where we will offer mindfulness, EFT Tapping, laughter and breathing exercises at various intervals along the route. We may even offer a mindfulness eating exercise and include a small treat for free??!!!

(Exercises are optional).

There will be the opportunity to stop for coffee / lunch at the end of the walk for those who would like to stay and chat to new found friends.  

We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes, dress according to the weather forecast and bring water to drink.  We will adjust activities according to conditions, and don’t worry we won’t ask you to sit cross legged ….. well unless you want to of course!   

This will be a very small group due to current restrictions. Numbers are limited for your safety.

The walk will be at an easy, relaxed pace and suitable for most fitness levels although there are steps up to London Bridge, back down the other side and back up to Tower Bridge.
